Refund policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns on any Fable & Canon products.
Cancellations
As a small business we are not able to offer cancellations after an order has been placed. In the event that we exceed the TAT advertised to you at the time of your order, we will email you and offer you the option to receive a refund or wait for your products. You can double-check your emailed order confirmation to confirm what the advertised TAT was at the time that you placed your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within a week if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we need pictures of the inside and outside of the packaging for insurance claims.
We cannot refund or replace items which are lost in transit or appear to have been stolen upon delivery. Please upgrade from Ground Advantage to an expedited shipping service if you would like the faster transit time and extra insurance!
Defective packaging
If any of your packaging seems to be defective (e.g. spray pumps not spraying, roller balls not rolling,) please let us know within a week of receiving your order so we can resolve things for you quickly. When you reach out, please send some pictures showing the issue you are having.
Refusal of packages
If your order is refused (whether domestically, or internationally due to nonpayment of customs fees), Fable & Canon reserves the right to retain the original shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee, due to the time, labor, and materials that initially went into packing your order.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
